Winds of Fire Dance Ministry was formed in 1988 with the purpose of ministering to the Lord and His people through dance. This ministry team functions in an ongoing way within their own local congregation, River Of Live Community Church and they participate as well in conferences, special events and evangelistic outreaches.

Their School, Winds of Fire School of Worship Dance, taught by Kim Beveridge and other instructors, is for those who want to increase their "movement vocabulary" and their freedom of movement in bother personal worship and dance ministry. By teaching their students how to become comfortable using their bodies to express worship and praise for personal and congregational release, how to develop choreography for solo and group pieces, how to experiment with different movement techniques and how to use fabrics an props for enhancing worship expression. They also hold classes for children, ages kindergarten and up, teaching and releasing them to praise the Lord through movement. They offer three semesters: Fall/Winter, Winter/Spring, and Summer.

Kim designs many of the garments used by her dance ministry teams and now has patterns available for purchase so that others can duplicate them for their ministries.
